Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 23 October 2026
Welcome to Few Found. These Terms apply to everyone who uses fewfound.co: businesses that hire, the service providers they hire, and visitors. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.
1. About Few Found
Few Found is a B2B marketplace. Service providers (agencies, IT and software firms, media companies, studios and creators) create a Found page for their company and can be verified. Businesses search and compare providers, send quote requests, post briefs and can ask us for a managed shortlist. Few Found is not a party to the contracts businesses and providers make with each other, and does not employ, supervise or guarantee any provider.
How lists are ordered: Verified providers are listed first. Verification comes with the paid Pro plan and a person decides it: the fee pays for the review, never the result, and is refunded if we don’t approve. Sponsored places are always marked "Sponsored". Nothing else about the order can be paid for. The full method is on How we check.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and, when you act for a company, have the authority to bind it.
- Everything you tell us must be accurate, current and not misleading. One company, one profile.
- You confirm your email with a one-time code. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You can close your account from Settings. Closing takes effect at once and cannot be undone: you are signed out, cannot sign in again, and your profile is taken down. The account and its data are permanently deleted 15 days later. Records we must keep by law, such as payment and tax records, are kept.
3. Businesses, briefs and quote requests
- Quote requests. When you ask a provider for a quote, the request goes to that provider as a message from your account, with your name and profile, so they can reply on Few Found. The provider marks the request won, lost or declined; you can withdraw it while it is open.
- Briefs. A brief from Get matched or Post a brief is members-only unless you choose otherwise: signed-in providers who can apply see it, and it is never on the public board or in search engines. If you choose to publish it, anyone can read it on the public board. You can close a brief at any time.
- Matching. When you ask to be matched, we tell providers whose services fit your brief about it. Matching is a suggestion, not a recommendation or a guarantee.
- Providers never pay to see or answer a brief. Do not ask a provider to pay to apply or to be considered (see 9.2).
4. Providers and listings
- A Found page is free. A free Found page is shown as "Not verified" until a person has verified it.
- Your profile, services, portfolio and claims must be true, and you must have the right to show the work, logos and names you publish. We may ask for evidence and remove what you cannot support.
- You decide whether to reply to a quote request or apply to a brief. Once a provider has had a few requests, its reply rate is shown on its profile.
- You may not offer or accept money, gifts or favours for a review, a referral within Few Found or a place in any list.
5. Verification and the Pro plan
Verification comes with the Pro plan: $20 a year for a creator, $249 for a team of up to 5 people or $449 for 6 to 30, the same in every country, charged as a fixed ₹1,999, ₹21,999 or ₹39,999 (see section 10). The fee pays for a review by a person, never for approval. Verified providers are listed first (see section 1).
- The method. A person decides four parts, each met or not met, with a public line on how we know: client delivery, team and capability, registration and tax, commercial transparency. Creators are checked on the same four parts worded for a person. A provider is Verified only when all four are met. Automated checks prepare a report for the reviewer; they never decide.
- Not approved. If we do not approve an application, the Pro plan fee is refunded in full to the original payment method (see Refunds).
- Validity and renewal. A verification lasts 12 months from the decision. If a renewal is approved before the current end date, the 12 months are added to that end date, so no time is lost. The record shows the dates. Renewal opens 30 days before the end, is a separate payment you choose to make, and is a re-evaluation: a person checks the record again on the current method. Nothing renews automatically. When a record lapses, the record and the badge say so at once.
- Revocation. We may withdraw a verification if standards slip, if evidence proves false or if the mark is misused. The public record shows when. A verification withdrawn after approval is not refunded, whatever the reason: the fee paid for the review that approved it.
- The mark. Only the verified provider may use the Verified mark, badge and certificate, only while the record is valid, and never in a way that misleads. Verification is not an endorsement and does not guarantee any result.
6. Reviews
- Reviews come only from confirmed work: a collaboration or brief both sides accepted on Few Found, or a client the provider invited by email to review a named project. Invited reviews are labelled as invited.
- Nobody may be paid or rewarded for a review, write one about their own company, or swap reviews. We check reviews for rings and mutual swaps; a review that looks like part of one stops counting in any list until a person clears it.
- The provider may publish one public reply to each review. A provider cannot hide a rated review about itself.
- Any signed-in member can report a review that breaks these rules. A person decides, and may remove it or ask the reviewer to confirm it.
- Reviews, ratings and Top 10 lists are never sold.
7. Sponsored places
Few Found sells sponsored places at the top of category pages, city pages and search. These rules apply to every booking:
- Offer. You ask for a place; our team checks there is one free and sends an offer to your dashboard with the page, dates and price. A booking is made only when you accept the offer and pay it.
- Prepaid, fixed dates. A booking runs for fixed dates, at most 366 days, paid in advance. It is never renewed automatically.
- Marked and limited. Every sponsored place is marked "Sponsored". There are at most 3 on a page on any day, and their order changes daily. Your profile must already belong on the page.
- What it never buys. A sponsored place never appears on a Top 10 list and never changes verification, reviews, ratings or the order of the rest of the list.
- If we cancel. If Few Found cancels a booking or stops showing a place through no fault of yours, we refund the paid price for the days it did not show, pro rata, to the original payment method.
- If you break the rules. A place does not show while your account is suspended or your profile is private. If the place stops because your account was suspended for breaking these Terms, it is not refunded.
- Measurement. Your dashboard shows views and clicks. A view is counted when at least half of the place has been on screen. Each visitor's view and click are counted at most once per place per day. Your own visits while signed in, and known crawlers and bots, are not counted. We count totals per day and record no personal data about the people who see or click a place.
8. Managed shortlists and Source Discovery
Managed shortlists. Asking for a shortlist is free and is not a purchase. If we can help, we send a proposal with the scope, timeline, a fixed fee, and what happens if we fall short (a replacement, an extension, a credit or a refund). A proposal may also include a variable fee per agreed event, for example each source you accept. It applies only when the proposal shows it and you accept it, and the proposal says exactly what counts, for how long, how it is invoiced and how a disputed event is settled. Work starts only after you accept the proposal and the fixed fee is received. A shortlist is research, not a promise: we do not guarantee that a provider accepts your work or the results it delivers. Being a Few Found member or Verified does not put anyone on a shortlist, and a place on one is never sold. We never contact a candidate for you until you have agreed what we may say.
Source Discovery
Source Discovery was a fixed-price research order: a shortlist of at least three prospects for each target market. It is not on sale at the moment; orders already placed are delivered under these terms. If we do not deliver at least three unique prospects that match the markets and provider types in your brief by the due date, you get a full refund. Request it from your order page once the due date passes, or email us. Cashfree returns the money to your original payment method; banks usually take 5–7 business days.
9. Conduct and strikes
Messages, comments, posts, briefs, reviews and applications on Few Found must follow these rules:
- 9.1 Respect. No insults, slurs, hate, threats or intimidation towards any member.
- 9.2 No spam or scams. No unsolicited bulk messages, repeated or copy-pasted content, link dumping, or asking members to pay a fee to apply, join or be considered.
- 9.3 Reports. When several members independently report the same account for spam, scams or harassment within a week, that counts as a breach of these rules.
Content is screened automatically before it is published, the same way for every member. Content that breaks a rule is not published, and the member is told why. Abuse, scams and repeated spam also lead to a strike. A first strike is a warning. A second pauses messaging, comments, posts and briefs for 7 days. A third (3 in all) suspends the account until a person at Few Found reviews it. Each strike expires 90 days after it was issued. Any strike can be appealed from Account standing in the dashboard; a person reviews every appeal and removes strikes that were wrong. We keep a short excerpt of content that was not published, the rule involved and the decision, for as long as the strike or appeal is relevant (see our Privacy Policy).
10. Payments, receipts and GST
- Online payments are processed by Cashfree, our payment partner, in Indian rupees, and are subject to Cashfree's terms. We never see or store card details.
- The Pro plan is advertised as $20 a year for a creator, $249 for a team of up to 5 people or $449 for 6 to 30 in every country and charged as a fixed ₹1,999, ₹21,999 or ₹39,999. Banks outside India may add a currency conversion fee. Prices for customers in India include GST.
- Every payment comes with a tax invoice or receipt you can download from your dashboard. Add your legal name, address and GSTIN to your billing details before paying and they appear on it.
- Refunds go to the original payment method. Every refund rule is on the Refunds page.
- Nothing on Few Found renews or charges automatically.
11. Enterprise and group plans
Group plans for several companies, NDAs and other enterprise arrangements are agreed in writing with our team. Where a written agreement and these Terms differ, the written agreement applies to what it covers.
12. Your content and ours
You keep the rights to what you publish on Few Found and give us a licence to show it on the site and in links to it (for example search results and share previews) while it is published. The Few Found name, logo and site belong to Few Found; do not copy them without written permission.
13. Liability
Few Found is provided "as is". We check what we say we check, and say what we did not check, but we do not guarantee any provider, any business or any outcome of work between them. To the extent the law allows, Few Found is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid Few Found in the twelve months before the claim.
14. Suspension and closing an account
We may suspend or close an account, remove content or withdraw a verification if these Terms are broken, false information is given, or the account is used in a way that harms others. We tell you why, and you can appeal to a person. You can close your own account at any time (see section 2).
15. Grievances and contact
Few Found is operated by ScaleMind Media (GSTIN 07AFPFS5655F1ZI). Complaints and grievances go to [email protected]. We acknowledge a grievance within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month. Questions about these Terms: [email protected].
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
